Problem
Most SaaS boilerplates handle infrastructure well but fall short on product experience, resulting in generic or inconsistent interfaces, UX patterns that don’t scale beyond the initial setup, layouts that are hard for developers to adapt without breaking coherence, and early design decisions that become long-term constraints.
Solution
Laracept is a Laravel-based boilerplate built to help teams ship production-ready SaaS products faster. I was responsible for the branding and design system work, creating an implementation-ready foundation built on atomic and molecule components. This included defining layout and navigation patterns, establishing typography, button styles, and color primitives for both light and dark themes, and delivering high-fidelity Figma prototypes that engineering could implement without friction.
